- This unique site has been designed to enable the Internet users, no matter where they live, to participate in major US lottery draws. The following rules define and govern the use of this site. - The Company and any other parties involved in the creation and operation of the site shall not be liable for any direct/indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your access or use of the site. You use the contents of the site entirely at your own risk and discretion. The company shall not be liable for any virus related damages to the equipment, files or programs, incurred in the process of use of this site.
- Any communication with the site, i.e. e-mails, data, questions, comments and suggestions, is non-proprietary and shall be treated accordingly. Certain personal information, like e-mail addresses and passwords of the site visitors, is recorded as a necessary condition of operation of the site and participation of the users. However, the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages caused by a malicious intent of a third party, which includes, but is not limited to theft of personal information, program error or malfunction.
- To participate in the activities offered on this site the user is required to submit certain personal identification details, like user name, password, e-mail address, etc. Please note that any user of the site is personally and solely responsible for confidentiality of his/her identification information, which shall not be transferred to anyone else. The site visitor is the sole bearer of the responsibility for unauthorized use of his/her personal identification details. On its part, the Company undertakes to preserve under confidentiality all the identification details of the registered visitors and not to disperse or transfer such information to any other party for any purpose whatsoever.
- On the day of the official drawing the site will block any opportunity to participate in the listed games at 6:00 pm. (GMT-8:00). The cut-off time may be changed at the discretion of the Administration. In the event of such change the new cut-off time shall be displayed on the home page of the site. All orders submitted after 6:00 pm on the day of the drawing will automatically be transferred to participate in the next official drawing of the corresponding lottery. In accordance with the rules of the site, a confirmation of the order acceptance is sent to the participant upon completion of all requirements and receipt of payment. The standard confirmation includes the following information:
- Registration number of the order
- First and Last name of the participant
- Date and time of the order
- Date of the drawing
- Amount of draws
- Final date of participation in a drawing
- Amount of purchased tickets
- Amount charged in USD
- Method of payment
- Selected numbers
- In the event of a confirmed and legitimate winning in the amount of up to $600.00 USD the Company shall transfer the entire sum to the corresponding account in the site's system without any taxes or fees. Upon receipt of the prize the owner of the account can use the entire amount at his discretion, i.e. use it for participation in future drawings or claim it through any electronic system listed on the site. In the event the prize exceeds $600.00 USD, the Company shall comply with the following:
- In the event the winner desires to claim the prize personally, the company shall submit to the owner the original of the winning ticket on the territory of the company's office, providing that valid ID(s) and the proof of legal ownership of the ticket (i.e. the copy of the e-mailed confirmation letter), is presented to the attention of the Company's Board of Directors.
- If for any reason the winner is not able to appear in person, the Company shall submit the original of the winning ticket to the physically present authorized representative of the winner upon presentation of a proper notarized authorization and valid ID(s). In such case the company reserves the right to conduct additional investigation to obtain proof of authenticity for submitted documents and to ensure legality of such transaction.
- The Company may assist, at its sole discretion and for a reasonable fee, in claiming and transferring the entire amount of the prize to any bank account belonging to the legal owner of a winning ticket. In such case the company shall request a notarized copy of the owner's ID(s), proper notarized authorization to act in the capacity of Authorized Representative and other pertinent documentation. Upon receipt of the prize money the Company shall deposit the entire amount of winning minus applicable charges and fees into the winner's bank account within 10 working days.
- Payments to the winners, as well as debiting credit/debit cards for purchasing and related costs shall be made in United States dollars only. According to the existing laws and regulations, the final amount of the prize is determined only after payment of all applicable local and federal taxes.
- The site may provide information related to the official rules of different lotteries, official results, winning odds, and it may contain related links. The Company is not responsible for any of the material, contained in those links due to no control over other independent sites. Such publications are provided as a part of our service to the visitors of the site, and are not intended to be used as prevailing factor in decision making. Because of the fact, that such information is manually fed into the site's operating system, it may include errors and mistakes made in bona fide.
- The company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the games, if, for any reason such activity can not take place, i.e. in case of viruses, security breach, technical failures, fraud detection, network malfunction and other causes beyond the control of the company. No liability shall apply to the company or its affiliates if such events caused alteration of information, deletion of data and loss of revenues.
- Users of this site are prohibited from posting or transmitting any threatening, defamatory, libelous and obscene content, along with any materials that may provoke or encourage criminal conduct or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation. The site will fully cooperate with the law enforcement officials or courts in terms of disclosing the identity of anyone posting such materials on the site.
- Each user is entirely and solely liable for being in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the country of his/her residence, including, but not limited to the lawfulness of participation in such activities, acceptable age limits, transaction types, etc. It is understood that by participating in the games offered on this site, the user agrees to accept and comply with all articles and paragraphs of this document.
